By placing an order on Jerseywala (website: jerseywala.shop, Facebook: Jerseywala.Originals, Instagram: @jerseywalaaa), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Acceptance of Terms
When you place an order through our website, social media pages, or any other channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part, please do not proceed with your order.
2. Pricing & Product Information
- Prices – All product prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are as shown on the website, social media posts, or during checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
- Product variations – Due to different screen resolutions and display settings, the actual color, design, or texture of a jersey may vary slightly from what you see on your device. Such minor differences do not qualify as defects.
- Authenticity – All jerseys sold by Jerseywala are 100% authentic, player‑grade or official replicas as described. We do not sell counterfeit or low‑quality copies.
- Stock availability – We strive to keep stock information accurate. However, if a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative product.
3. Orders, Changes & Cancellations
- Order confirmation – Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, email, or Messenger (depending on your contact method). Your order is considered confirmed at that point.
- Changes or cancellations – After your order is confirmed, no changes (size, design, printing, etc.) or cancellations will be accepted without explicit written permission from Jerseywala. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately; we will try to accommodate your request but are not obligated to do so.
- Right to cancel – Jerseywala reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or violation of our policies. In such cases, you will be refunded in full.
4. Customer Responsibility Upon Receiving Product
- Inspection – It is your sole responsibility to inspect the jersey(s) immediately upon delivery. Check for:
- Correct size, color, and design
- Correct name/number printing (if ordered)
- Any visible defects or damage
- Time window – Any complaint regarding defects, wrong item, or quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery (the timestamp from the courier or your confirmation). After 24 hours, the product will be considered accepted as is.
- Warranty – We do not offer warranty for normal wear and tear, improper washing, or damage caused by the customer.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- No returns for change of mind – We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind or the jersey does not fit your personal preference (size chart is provided on the website).
- Defective or wrong product – If we send a defective jersey (e.g., stitching flaw, wrong size, wrong printing) or the wrong item altogether, we will replace it or issue a full refund after the product is returned. Return shipping cost will be borne by us.
- Procedure – To claim a return, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence. Once approved, we will guide you on the return process.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver nationwide via reliable courier services (e.g., Sundarban, Paperfly, RedX, or Pathao).
- Estimated delivery times: 24–48 hours for Dhaka city, 3–5 business days for outside Dhaka.
- Jerseywala is not liable for delays caused by the courier, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
- A delivery attempt will be made. If the customer is unreachable or refuses to accept the package, the order will be canceled and no refund will be issued (shipping costs are non‑refundable).
7. Customization (Name / Number / Badges)
- Custom printing (name, number, patches) is done on demand. We use high‑quality heat press or embroidery as described.
- We are not responsible for spelling errors if the customer provides incorrect spelling. Please double‑check your input before submitting.
- Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged except for manufacturing defects.
8. Disputes & Governing Law
- In the event of any dispute, claim, or issue arising from your purchase or interaction with Jerseywala, the decision of Jerseywala shall be final and binding.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
9. Changes to Terms
Jerseywala reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on our website (jerseywala.shop/terms) and on request. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
