Refund and Returns Policy

At Jerseywala, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, because we sell authentic football jerseys (including customized items), our return and refund policy is designed to be fair to both you and us.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Change of Mind?

We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, the color looks slightly different on your screen, or the jersey doesn’t fit your personal preference.

Why?
Jerseys are inspected and packed carefully. Many orders include custom printing (name/number/badges), which cannot be resold.

2. When Can You Return a Product?

You may request a return or refund only in the following cases:

❌ Not eligible:

• Normal wear and tear after use.
• Damage caused by improper washing (e.g., using bleach, hot iron directly on print).
• Minor differences in color due to screen resolution.
• Returns after 7 days of delivery.

3. Time Window to Report an Issue

You must inspect your jersey(s) immediately upon delivery.

• Report any problem within 24 hours of delivery (timestamp from courier or your own confirmation).
• After 24 hours, the product is considered accepted, and we will not process returns or refunds.

📸 How to report:
Send clear photos or a short video showing the defect/wrong item to our WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. Include your order number.

4. Return Process

1. Contact us within 24 hours with evidence.
2. We will review and approve (or deny) the return.
3. If approved, we will provide a return address (Dhaka).
4. You send the jersey back (we will cover the return shipping cost if the error was ours).
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:
   • Send a replacement (if available), or
   • Issue a full refund (including original shipping fees if the error was ours).

Note: For customized jerseys (name/number/badges), if the defect is due to our mistake, we will remake it at no cost. If the defect is due to incorrect information provided by you, no refund will be given.

5. Refund Method

• If you paid via bKash / Nagad / Card, the refund will be sent to the same number/account within 3–5 business days after approval.
• If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD), we will refund via bKash or bank transfer.

No cash refunds in person.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for size or design changes. If you want a different size, you must:

1. Return the original item (only if it meets our return criteria – see section 2).
2. Place a new order for the correct size.

We recommend contacting us before reordering to confirm availability.

7. Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it (before we start processing).
• After 2 hours, cancellations are not allowed because we may have already prepared the jersey or assigned it for printing.

To cancel, message us immediately with your order number.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the error is our fault (wrong item, defect, printing mistake), we will pay for return shipping.
• If you return a product for any other reason (not applicable – see section 1), you would pay shipping – but we don’t accept such returns.

By placing an order with Jerseywala, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Returns Policy. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time; changes will be posted on our website.
